  4. Love your guest post! Our wedding was "pinterest-free" too.

I love your centerpieces. We almost did something really similar (gerber daises floating it water) but ended up doing something else.

  5. Beautiful wedding! You know, we got married before pinterest was around, too!! That's when weddings really took skills and creativity ;)

  6. I feel like all brides should cut themselves off from Pinterest at least three months before the wedding. It's too easy to get overwhelmed and harder to make it all genuinely bride-and-groom.

  7. What church did you get married at? It looks so familiar to me!

  8. So beautiful! I just got married in May but tried to make sure there were very few things from Pinterest. I went to a wedding last year and it looked like Pinterest had exploded all over the place!

  9. I like the idea of a Pinterest-free wedding! I got married in December 2010; I don't think Pinterest was around then. I like the site but I think it causes a lot of "lusting" over stuff that other people have/are doing. Some people plan out entire bedroom themes and wardrobes for their kids, before they even start dating someone!
